Exchanges / returns

Exchanging a product:
You can exchange the product for another item from our store within 7 days after receiving the product. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags. 

Do you have a TZOOKS account? Please use this link to register the products you wish to exchange and print out the exchange form.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us, we will pay the postage to ship the new product your way.

Returning a product or shipment:
You can return the product for another item from our store within 7 days after receiving the product. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags.

We will refund you the full amount you have paid us (cost of product + original shipping) within 30 days.
* You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product(s) back to us.
* If you have ordered multiple products in one shipment and do not wish to return all, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Guarantees

All of our items are warrented by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. If a product you have ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us on info@tzooks.com or +31 (0) 70 – 358 53 44. Please state your ordernumber by email or phone.

Changing / Cancelling an order

It's possible to change or cancel an order, but please contact us as soon as possible. We advise you to call us on the TZOOKS servicenumber +31 (0) 70 – 358 53 44 (during store hours) to talk with one of our sales associates directly.
